Welcome to our Pilates studio! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, we have established the following policies. Please read them carefully and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Group Sessions: Clients must cancel or reschedule group sessions at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full session fee.

Private Sessions: Clients must cancel or reschedule private sessions at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full session fee.
2. Dress Code
Grip Socks Required: For safety and hygiene reasons, all clients must wear grip socks during their sessions. Grip socks help prevent slipping and provide better stability during exercises.
3. Group Session Tardiness
Late Arrival for Group Sessions: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after the start of a group session will not be allowed to join the session. The full session fee will be charged.
4. Private Session Tardiness
Late Arrival for Private Sessions: Clients who arrive more than
15 minutes late without informing the instructor will have their session canceled, and the full session fee will be charged.
5. Session Timing
Session Duration: If a client is late for their session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. This ensures that other clients are not inconvenienced and sessions run smoothly. The full session fee will apply.
6. Security
Belongings: We provide cabinets for your belongings, but we are not responsible for any lost or missing items.
7. No Video Recording During Sessions
Video recording of sessions is not allowed. This rule protects the privacy and comfort of all clients and the intellectual property of our instructors. The sequences and routines in our sessions are copyrighted and cannot be recorded or shared without permission.
8. Period of Package
Private regular schedule package
We add 30% of the total period to account for rescheduling flexibility.
*If the schedule is changed by the studio, the period will be automatically extended accordingly.
Package : 10 Sessions
Frequency: Twice a week (e.g., Monday/Thursday)
Start Date: July 10 (Monday) -first session day
5 weeks × 7 days/week = 35 days
30% of 35 days = 10.5 days (rounded to 11 days)
Expiration Date: August 25 (Friday)
9. Package Holding
Clients are allowed to place their package on hold one time per package, for a maximum duration of 4 weeks (28 days).
10. Refund rules
No Refund: If more than 60% of the passes remain and less than 40% of the subscription or service period is left, no refund will be issued.
Refund Calculation: Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on the walk-in rate.
